1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.mewamitra.com and all associated platforms (the "Platform") operated by Mewa Mitra Private Limited. By accessing or ordering on our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform. These Terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform or place an order
  • By placing an order, you confirm you are legally capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • For bulk or business orders, you confirm you are authorised to bind your organisation to these Terms

3. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@mewamitra.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

    We will never ask for your OTP or password. Do not share these with anyone.

    Creating multiple accounts to misuse offers, discounts, or referral schemes is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all such accounts.

4. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block users — without prior notice — in cases of suspected fraud, policy abuse, provision of false information, or any violation of these Terms. No compensation shall be owed for such action.

5. Products & Pricing

  • Product images are for reference only. Actual colour, texture, and size may vary due to the natural origin of the products
  • All prices are in INR and include GST unless stated otherwise
  • Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is the applicable price
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
  • All products comply with applicable FSSAI regulations

6. Orders & Payment

Placing an Order

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Confirmation occurs only upon receiving an Order Confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Payment Security

All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.

7. No Resale or Unauthorised Distribution

Products are for personal or household use only. Reselling, repackaging, or distributing our products under another brand without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal proceedings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform — including product names, photographs, logos, and descriptions — is the property of Mewa Mitra Private Limited, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Chargeback Protection

Fraudulent or unjustified chargeback attempts will result in immediate permanent account suspension, cancellation of all orders, and submission of transaction evidence to the payment gateway. Legal recovery proceedings may be initiated.

Fraudulent Chargebacks Are a Criminal Offence

–   We maintain full transaction logs, IP records, delivery confirmations, and email history.

–   False chargeback cases will be reported to cybercrime authorities.

–   We reserve the right to pursue legal recovery of disputed amounts plus costs.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose; post false or defamatory content; attempt to hack or scrape our Platform; impersonate any person; or abuse return, refund, or referral policies.

11. Account Termination

Accounts may be immediately terminated for: confirmed or suspected fraud, fake return claims, COD or promotional abuse, fraudulent chargebacks, or any violation of these Terms. All pending wallet credits and benefits are forfeited upon termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Mewa Mitra Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the net value of the order in question.

13. Digital Evidence

Email communications, order confirmations, system logs, IP records, and delivery confirmations shall constitute valid and admissible evidence in any dispute, arbitration, or legal proceeding. By using our Platform, you consent to this.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

15. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
