Corporate Diwali Gifts 2026: How to Order Dry Fruit Hampers in Bulk

Dry fruit hampers for Diwali featuring almonds, cashews, kaju katli, makhana, pistachios, raisins, seeds and walnuts

Every October the same question reaches our gifting desk: “We need 150 Diwali gifts for staff and clients. What should we send, and can you deliver on time?” This guide answers it the way we answer it on the phone, from the Mewa Mitra Experience Store at Kukerkheda Mandi, Jaipur, backed by our family’s trading experience since 2003.

Why dry fruits still work best as corporate Diwali gifts

  • Everyone uses them. Cashews, almonds and pistachios suit every age, every family and every diet in the office.
  • They last. Sealed, well-packed dry fruits keep for months, unlike sweets that must be eaten in days.
  • They look generous without being flashy. A neat box of good kaju and badam says “we value you” without looking like a sales gimmick.
  • They are easy to scale. The same hamper can go to 20 people or 500.

Step 1: Decide the budget per person, not the total

Start with one number: how much you want to spend per gift. Then match it to a box size. A simple rule we share with companies:

  • Team and staff gifts: one or two dry fruits in a compact pack, such as our Elite Combo or Classic Combo.
  • Clients and partners: three or four dry fruits, such as the Signature Combo (almonds, cashews, pistachios).
  • Senior clients and VIPs: the Royal Combo or a custom hamper with large-grade cashews such as W180.

All current boxes are on our Diwali gifts page.

Step 2: Check what is inside, not just the box

Many corporate hampers look rich and carry small, broken or old nuts inside. Before you order from anyone, ask four questions:

  1. What grade is the cashew? A good seller will name it (W180, W210, W240 or W320). If they cannot, be careful. Our grade guides explain what each number means.
  2. Are the nuts whole? Gifts should carry whole kernels, not pieces.
  3. When was it packed? Ask for fresh packing close to dispatch.
  4. Is the seller FSSAI licensed and GST registered? Mewa Mitra is both (FSSAI 12224026000251), and every order gets a proper GST invoice in your company’s name.

Step 3: Order early: the Diwali calendar

  • 3 to 4 weeks before Diwali: finalise the box and quantity, share your address list.
  • 2 weeks before: packing and labelling.
  • 1 week before: delivery to your office or direct to each recipient.

Orders placed in the last few days before Diwali are the ones that get delayed everywhere, because courier networks are at full load. Plan early and you avoid that stress.

Step 4: Office delivery or direct to each person?

For a Jaipur office, all boxes can come together in one delivery. For teams spread across India, ask our gifting desk about shipping each box to its own address; a simple sheet with name, address, phone and pin code makes it easy.

Step 5: Make it personal

A short printed note from your company makes a box feel personal. Ask our gifting desk what personalisation is possible this season, or build your own hamper with the dry fruits you choose.
